After an extremely productive morning , I went on a fruit & veggie spree at whole foods (note the ginormous cantaloupe in the background).
Here’s my first stab at a Vegan Burrito. Nothing out of the ordinary: green peppers, onion, baby bella mushrooms, chick peas, and black olives.
Toss the whole wheat tortilla wrap in the oven for a few minutes, add some brown rice and salsa and BAM burrito.
Unfortunately I can’t post a photo of the finished product. My burrito rolling skills are lacking and in short terms, it looked a little sad. Still delicious, but sad. Next time I’m taking advice from Super Excited Shamwow Head Set Boy (who needs to lay off the caffeine, but knows the deal).
