Berries You Should Eat!

Berries are not only refreshing and taste great, but they’re loaded with antioxidants that keep us looking young, give us a beautiful complexion, prevent disease, and cure symptoms.  Here is a list of delicious berries that are stellar, taste and health wise.

CRANBERRY

Cranberries are known to cure problems with the urinary tract. Also, mouthwash contains a compound from the cranberry called proanthocyanidine, because it prevents plaque formation on teeth.

GOJI BERRY

This dry tasting berry contains more Vitamin C than an orange and is extremely high on the anti-oxidant scale.

BLUEBERRY

This is a berry you should eat very often as it is usually the first item people write down on a list of superfoods. It contains very powerful antioxidants, and has been found to be helpful in slowing down vision impairmentthat comes naturally with age. Also, the polyphenols in blueberries help in the production of collagen which keeps skin elastic and reduces wrinkles.

RASPBERRY

This beautiful red fruit is rich in ellagic acid which is a cancer fighter. This is another one of the berries you should eat if you are concerned about vision impairment. Raspberries contain loads of Vitamin C, folic acid, fiber, and plenty of minerals.

STRAWBERRY

Strawberries contain a good dose of the full range of nutrients found in other berries including Vitamin C, B5 and K. For a healthy dessert that’ll satisfy your craving, try chocolate covered strawberries!
