Say goodbye to Beatlemania, and hello to Betseymania! For her Fall 2012 collection, Betsey Johnson took inspiration from the era marked by the Beatles, the early sixties. The collection mixed iconic pieces of the sixties such as page boy hats, go-go boots, and mod prints, with Betsey’s signature prom girl dresses and ready-to-wear outfits. Also, Betsey incorporated contrasting styles like floral prints, plaid, stripes, fluorescents and even skull and bones. This proved both eclectic and brilliant but it had Betsey written all over it; and we loved it!
